Treasury Lead

We are seeking a Treasury Lead to oversee treasury operations for SoftwareOne's South region. This role is responsible for cash management, liquidity planning, banking governance, payment oversight, and treasury compliance across Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia and Chile. The position works closely with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, P2P, O2C, and business leaders to optimize working capital, improve cash visibility, and ensure strong financial controls

• Lead daily cash management activities, monitor liquidity positions, and ensure adequate funding across the region.
• Own short- and medium-term cash flow forecasting processes, providing visibility into liquidity needs and financial risks.
• Manage banking relationships, bank account administration, and governance of banking platforms, signatories, and authorizations.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and fraud prevention measures.
• Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, P2P, and O2C teams to optimize working capital and support strategic financial decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Corporate Finance, or Financial Operations roles.
• Strong knowledge of cash forecasting, liquidity management, banking operations, treasury controls, and financial risk management.
• Experience working with cross-functional finance teams and managing relationships with banking partners and key stakeholders.
• Advanced English communication skills, combined with strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and organizational capabilities.

• Experience working within a Shared Services Center (SSC) or Finance Shared Services environment.
• Professional certifications in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or Financial Management.
• Experience supporting multi-country operations across Latin America.
