Senior Zoom Virtual Agent Engineer at BairesDev

As a Senior Zoom Virtual Agent Engineer, you will design, configure, and deploy intelligent chatbot and contact center solutions to elevate customer experiences. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into seamless conversational AI and cloud contact center workflows.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of intelligent virtual agents and chatbot workflows.
• Architect and execute cloud contact center migrations and platform integrations.
• Develop and implement secure API integrations to ensure seamless connectivity between contact center systems.
• Partner directly with clients to gather business requirements and provide technical consulting throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Optimize system performance and conversational flows based on user feedback and analytics.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Zoom Contact Center implementation or general CCaaS engineering.
• Proven expertise in deploying and configuring Zoom Virtual Agent and chatbot technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with REST/JSON API integrations for contact center connectivity.
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing technical consulting and requirements gathering.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
