Senior AI Engineer (C++) at BairesDev

As a Senior AI Engineer (C++), you will enhance software development workflows by leveraging AI systems and C++ analysis techniques. You will evaluate and improve the quality of AI-generated code, optimizing prompt strategies and context delivery to ensure reliable and efficient software engineering solutions.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and comprehend complex C++ codebases to validate and refine AI-generated outputs.
• Design, test, and optimize prompt strategies and context structures to improve model behavior.
• Evaluate AI system performance in code intelligence tasks and implement corrective measures.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI-assisted development tools into production workflows.
• Apply deep knowledge of machine learning concepts to assess and improve model output reliability.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, C++ Development, or a related field.
• Strong background in C++ with a focus on code comprehension and analysis.
• Hands-on experience working with AI-assisted software engineering tools or LLM systems.
• Ability to validate AI-generated code outputs and refine prompts, context, or model inputs.
