About The Role

SERVPRO of Douglasville/Carrollton/Troup-Coweta Counties is looking for an experienced Asbestos Supervisor to join our growing team in Villa Rica, GA. This is a critical leadership role where you'll oversee safe and compliant asbestos abatement projects while making a real difference in the communities we serve. Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct asbestos abatement crews on residential and commercial job sites
• Ensure full compliance with EPA, OSHA, and state regulations throughout all abatement projects
• Conduct pre-job site inspections, hazard assessments, and safety briefings
• Oversee proper containment setup, PPE usage, and decontamination procedures
• Coordinate waste disposal and maintain accurate project documentation and chain-of-custody records
• Communicate project progress and updates to project managers and clients
• Train and mentor abatement technicians on safe work practices and regulatory requirements
  
  

Requirements

• Valid Georgia Asbestos Supervisor license or certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in asbestos abatement or environmental remediation
• Strong knowledge of EPA NESHAP, OSHA 1926.1101, and Georgia EPD regulations
• Proven supervisory or crew leadership experience in the field
• Current AHERA Supervisor/Contractor certification preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities on active job sites
