Senior Generative AI Engineer at BairesDev

As a Senior Generative AI Engineer, you will lead the integration, deployment, and rigorous evaluation of large language models to build production-grade AI solutions. You will combine advanced software engineering practices with generative AI methodologies, ensuring our intelligent applications are robust, secure, and highly performant.

What You'll Do:

- Design and implement scalable pipelines for integrating large language models into enterprise software systems.

- Develop and execute robust evaluation frameworks to systematically measure and optimize model performance in real-world scenarios.

- Build clean, high-performance APIs and backend services using advanced development standards.

- Establish comprehensive testing protocols and code quality metrics to ensure system reliability and stability.

- Collaborate with data and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless data handling and optimal integration across workflows.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Generative AI, or a related field.

- Proven expertise in LLM integration, evaluation, and generative AI solutions.

- Strong proficiency in advanced Python development, API development, or automation.

- Solid hands-on experience with SQL, data handling, testing, and code quality.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
