As a Full Stack Engineer (Ruby on Rails), you will lead the development of robust, scalable web applications by managing both the server-side logic and the user-facing interface. You will connect complex backend systems with intuitive frontend experiences, ensuring high performance and a seamless user journey across the entire application stack.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop scalable backend architectures using Ruby on Rails while building dynamic frontends with React or Vue.
• Optimize application performance by managing database schemas in PostgreSQL and implementing efficient indexing and query strategies.
• Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs to ensure seamless data flow and integration between the backend and modern frontend frameworks.
• Implement background job processing and asynchronous workflows to handle resource-intensive tasks without compromising user experience.
• Ensure high code quality and system reliability by writing comprehensive tests with RSpec and managing deployments to AWS environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architectural standards and translate complex business requirements into production-ready software.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on Ruby on Rails.
• Proven expertise in building full-stack applications using Ruby on Rails and React or Vue.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and designing efficient database schemas.
• Strong experience with testing frameworks like RSpec for ensuring code quality.
• Hands-on experience with AWS deployment and managing asynchronous processing.
