• As a Senior Generative AI Engineer / AI Agent Developer, you will design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, and enterprise AI solutions using modern Generative AI technologies and cloud-native architectures.
• You will partner with architects, engineers, product managers, and clients to deliver scalable AI solutions that solve complex business challenges and create real-world impact.
• This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with experience building production-grade AI applications who wants to work at the forefront of Agentic AI, LLMs, and enterprise AI adoption.
  
  

Your Impact

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows using modern Generative AI platforms and frameworks.
• Build scalable AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), orchestration frameworks, and autonomous agents.
• Develop and optimize multi-step AI workflows that integrate with enterprise systems, APIs, data platforms, and business processes.
• Build enterprise AI applications using Azure AI services, Microsoft Fabric, and cloud-native architectures.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and deliver production-ready solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and developer tools to improve productivity and solution effectiveness.
• Implement enterprise best practices for AI governance, observability, scalability, security, and responsible AI.
• Contribute to AI engineering standards, reusable assets, and engineering excellence initiatives across teams.
• Partner with senior engineers and architects to solve complex technical challenges and accelerate client outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including experience building cloud-native applications and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and building or deploying AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience developing and deploying AI agents, copilots, or agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of:
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Prompt engineering
• RAG architectures
• Tool calling
• Memory management
• AI workflow orchestration
• Agent architectures
• Experience with at least one AI-assisted development platform:
• Claude Code
• GitHub Copilot
• Cursor
• Windsurf
• Slingshot
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with API integration and enterprise application development.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, business applications, and data platforms.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Fluent English with the ability to participate in client-facing conversations.
