CQ Sr. Supervisor - Colombia (PG26)

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

Responsibilities

Accountable for execution of GxP quality system elements applied for Commercial and Deliver Operations within Colombian market including the following requirement but not limited to; NC/CAPA/Change Control/Handling, Storage and Distributions, NPI/Product Lifecycle, Supplier Quality Mgmt.
Ensure flowless execution of core GxP process including commercial and operations, effective communication with key stakeholders with focus on product, patient and clients.
Act as supervisor of the quality Analysts to ensure proper execution of quality system elements as well as operations under warehouse and distribution.

Education

Required: Undergraduate degree in pharmacy, engineering, or scientific discipline.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Quality Area related to Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical or Consumer products

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Spanish and English
Problem-solving and decision-making skills preferred
Experience with issue investigation and remediation
Audits and Health Authorities Inspection
