About the Role

Are you energetic, driven, and looking for your next opportunity? A growing US healthcare company is hiring Healthcare Recruiters to join their team. This is a remote position based in Bogotá, Colombia, but the impact is global.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Making phone calls to source and qualify healthcare candidates

- Managing candidate pipelines and tracking progress

- Supporting candidates through licensing, exams, visa processes, and interviews

- Daily follow-ups and relationship building

- Collaborating with a small, supportive team

- Based in Bogotá, Colombia

- Strong English communication skills

- Hungry to learn and grow

- Self-motivated and proactive

- No prior recruiting experience required (we train!)
