Practicante de Legal (Judicatura)

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

The legal intern will support the Legal team in Colombia by assisting with legal and compliance matters across various business functions. This role is designed for law students who are required to complete their judiciary practice (judicatura) as part of their graduation requirements. It offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, multinational corporate environment.

Key Responsabilities:

• Get hands-on drafting and reviewing real contracts and T&Cs.
• Be part of the action supporting daily legal requests from the business.
• Work with impact by helping respond to authorities and third-party petitions.
• Join exciting projects at local and regional levels.
• Promote integrity by supporting compliance training and initiatives.
• Be our Legal Radar with legal research and updates on new regulations.
• Work with the best by collaborating with top-tier external law firms.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Basic knowledge of commercial, civil, and consumer law.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and discreet.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Intermediate English level
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with automation tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, or Power BI – we love curious minds who bring tech and law together!

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Law student eligible to complete law internship (judicatura) in 2027, to comply with graduation requirements.
• University-issued letter confirming eligibility for judiciary practice.
• Availability to work full-time for one (1) year is preferred.
