How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead the global Business Excellence strategy and governance framework, driving standardization, operational consistency, performance transparency, and continuous improvement across Grid Automation Engineering and Project Execution.
- Drive measurable improvements in productivity, quality, efficiency, and organizational performance through KPI management, data-driven insights, benchmarking, and structured improvement programs.
- Lead strategic transformation and digitalization initiatives, leveraging process optimization, automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and best practices to improve organizational effectiveness and scalability.
- Partner with regional and global leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify performance gaps, implement sustainable improvements, share lessons learned, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Management abilities and skills to manage global teams with functional and disciplinary reportin
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive professional experience, including leadership of complex cross-functional programs, Business Excellence, Operational Excellence, transformation, or performance improvement initiatives within global engineering, industrial, technology, or infrastructure organizations.
- Strong expertise in operational governance and continuous improvement, including KPI/performance management, process optimization, data analytics, digitalization, automation, and AI-enabled business improvement (preferred last one)
- Proven ability to lead global and cross-functional transformation initiatives, influence senior stakeholders without direct authority, and translate complex business challenges into measurable operational results.
- Excellent executive communication skills and fluency in English (B2 or C1 level).
