The Integrated Logistics Senior Manager LSP Onboarding, based in Bogotá, Colombia, is responsible for leading the onboarding of Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) for new customers within Kuehne + Nagel Integrated Logistics, ensuring seamless integration into agreed operational processes, including digital connectivity for transport instructions and shipment status updates. This role secures LSP compliance with SOPs and performance against KPI targets during implementation, drives process automation and real-time visibility of shipment data, and balances external engagement with customers and LSPs alongside internal stakeholder coordination, while also supporting the development of the Manager LSP Onboarding role.

How you create impact

• Lead the integration and onboarding of Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) into KN Integrated Logistics operations, including data preparation, training, and EDI connectivity.
• Drive change management and promote digitalization with LSPs to ensure accurate data exchange, process automation, and real-time shipment visibility.
• Ensure business contingency plans (BCPs) are in place and support emergency resolution during Hypercare, addressing issues such as capacity shortages, customs delays, and transshipment disruptions.
• Collaborate closely with the corporate procurement team to advise customers on rate card formats, tender processes, and spot procurement strategies, leveraging KNIL best practices.
• Provide market intelligence updates to customers by monitoring global and regional transportation trends, capacity shifts, and rate developments.
• Coach and train junior onboarding managers, support standard development, and ensure compliance with GDP/GxP guidelines and KN Pharma Chain or other product-specific standards.
  
  

What we would like you to bring

• Formal education in logistics or supply chain management, with strong knowledge of the forwarding business and all transport modes; minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations, including risk and emergency management.
• Proven ability to manage cross-regional or global projects and stakeholders in a multinational and virtual environment, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of proactivity, autonomy, and decision-making capability in fast-paced settings; strong time management and prioritization skills to meet critical deadlines.
• Resilient and adaptable in unforeseen situations, with excellent communication, organizational, and process-driven work habits.
• Strong customer focus and service orientation; reliable, flexible, motivated, and accountable with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus); willing to travel up to 30%; committed to quality standards (QSHE, GxP) and company compliance regulations.
