We’re Hiring: Senior Full Stack Developer – Bogotá, Colombia (Remote)

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and optimize secure, scalable applications that combine exceptional user experiences with robust backend architectures. You’ll work across frontend, backend, and DevOps workflows in a cloud-native, microservices-driven environment – from concept to deployment.

What You’ll Do:

• Build responsive, high-performance web apps with React or Angular.
• Develop backend services with Python (FastAPI) or Node.js, using REST & gRPC APIs.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB data models.
• Implement event-driven architectures with Kafka.
• Deploy and monitor workloads in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Apply best practices in security, observability, and compliance.
• Collaborate in Agile teams, delivering features end-to-end.
  
  

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years professional full-stack experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular, FastAPI/Node.js.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of OAuth2, mTLS, Vault, and secure coding practices.
• Fluent English (B2+), spoken and written.
