What Will You Do?
As a People Strategy Associate you will support HR governance by coordinating compliance processes and maintaining accurate people data. Provide analytical, administrative, and operational support to enable effective decision-making for the People Strategy leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute governance and compliance tasks by preparing documentation, updating records, and ensuring accuracy in HR, payroll inputs, and labor-related files.
- Prepare and consolidate information for labor, social security, and regulatory reports required by regional, global, or governmental entities.
- Track absenteeism trends at the operational level, ensuring timely reporting, identifying recurrent patterns, and escalating findings to leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Maintain job architecture documents, assist in payroll validation processes, and safeguard data integrity across HR systems.
- Ensure audit readiness by keeping HR records updated, complete, and correctly filed, supporting your manager during internal or external audits
- Execute day-to-day tasks of the employee life cycle, including onboarding coordination, data entry, document processing, offboarding follow-up, and internal movements.
- Prepare absenteeism reports, analyze behavioral indicators at the operational level, identify recurring issues, and escalate risk patterns to leadership.
- Manage strategic interpretation of absenteeism data, analyzing behavioral patterns, identifying root causes, and defining leadership actions to improve attendance.
- Conduct, document, and maintain tracking for focus groups, including attendance logs, summaries, and follow-up actions for each account or topic. .
- Provide first-level support to Operations leadership on labor conflict issues, ensuring proper documentation and timely escalation of sensitive cases..
- Build and update People Analytics dashboards by collecting, validating, and structuring data related to attendance, attrition, engagement, tenure, and performance..
- Implement engagement, culture, and well-being activities by coordinating logistics, communication, attendance
Qualified Candidates Should Possess The Following
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or related fields
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operational roles focusing on compliance, documentation, payroll inputs, and governance support.
- Strong working knowledge of Colombian labor law, social security processes, hiring/termination requirements, and labor documentation standards.
- High accuracy in data validation, audit preparation, file management, and compliance reporting.
- Ability to identify operational risks, inconsistencies, and gaps, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills with capacity to manage sensitive information and ensure audit-ready documentation.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll support platforms, and compliance tracking tools.
