We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build Trading Solutions' hiring capability: finding, assessing and bringing in the right people for a growing international logistics company. It's an end-to-end role — market mapping, sourcing profiles who aren't actively looking, competency-based interviewing, psychometric assessment, building the shortlist with evidence and supporting the close — with a high standard of assessment, backed by evidence. You'll work across the whole company: area leaders set the priorities, the CWO sets the technical direction. The role is measured on two outcomes: how fast a position gets filled, and the quality of who joins.

What You'll Do

• Map the market and build your own pipeline of passive candidates for the company's critical roles.
• Run direct search and cold outreach across Colombia and LatAm, and support international positions.
• Own the full process in the ATS: posting, screening, interviews and stage-by-stage traceability.
• Administer and interpret psychometric assessments and competency-based interviews, and back every conclusion in writing.
• Present an evidence-based shortlist to the Hiring Lead and support the decision without making it.
• Close the process: references before the offer, negotiation, and candidate experience through day one.
• Report time to fill, quality of hire and funnel conversion.

Requirements

• Degree in Psychology or related.
• English at B2 or above, verified during the process — required.
• 2 to 4 years in end-to-end recruitment, with searches closed from start to finish.
• At least 1 year administering and interpreting psychometric assessments.
• Proven direct-search experience: market mapping, cold outreach, and approaching candidates who are not applying.
• Competency-based interviewing (BEI/STAR) and a current psychometric assessment certification.
• Comfortable with an ATS and with process metrics: time to fill and stage conversion.
• Strict handling of former employers' confidential information.
