As part of the Contract Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. How you create impact

• Issue and manage customer invoices for different countries and business segments, including Healthcare and Projects.
• Process a high volume of invoices, approximately 50 invoices per day.
• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial information.
• Support quotations and data analysis using Excel.
• Ensure proper application of Incoterms and air freight processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes.
  
  

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Finance, or related fields. Students must be in their final semester.
• Previous billing experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Excel, Incoterms, and air freight processes.
• B1 English level, with the ability to understand and communicate in a work environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and results orientation.
